WHO WE GENERALLY SUPPORT

Individuals seeking approved personal care or in-home support.

Val’s works with eligible individuals whose needs may be addressed through one of the confirmed services or programs the agency provides.

Program eligibility, assessment, authorization, and service-plan requirements vary based on the service involved. Val’s does not independently determine Medicaid eligibility.

HOW TO BEGIN A REFERRAL

A clear first step—without overpromising the outcome.

This is a general process. The actual pathway depends on the service or program involved and should not be understood as a guarantee of eligibility, acceptance, staffing, or a service start date.
