WHAT WORKING IN HOME CARE MEANS

Support shaped by the person, the role, and the approved plan.

Home care happens in the client’s home and requires professional boundaries, reliability, communication, and respect for personal routines. Depending on the individual service plan, approved activities may include:

Val’s serves an approved 11-county area. Available assignments, when any are available, depend on current client needs, location, agency requirements, and the applicant’s fit for the assignment.
